If you would like to make an appointment, please call 805-981-1788 or fill out the form below.  Dr. Jeffers sees patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and is in surgery on Mondays and Thursdays.  Dr. Jeffers sees patients both in Camarillo and Oxnard.  Please call to confirm the time and location. 

Dr. Jeffers strongly recommends filling out your pre-visit forms online before your clinic visit.  You can fill them out directly on your screen and either print them out or email them to officestaff@drjeffers.com.
